Embroidery is factory applied by Sun Uniforms to full thickeness of belt. Belt width 1.75in for standard colors and 2in wide for belt. Gold metallic thread only. Over time the metallic thread will dull and wear out very easily. We strongly advise against using metallic threads for everyday wear rank belts. This item is cutomized and can not be returned except for factory defect. Additional cost applies for more specialized work. Submit JPG file of any speciality calligraphy artwork desired. Proof of artwork will be emailed by next business day and your approval is required to process your order. This item ships only within the US, Canada, US terrorities or AFO/APO addresses. Order other items separately is you need faster shipping on those items where additional shipping costs will apply. Order cutoff for holiday shipping is Nov 1st annually. This item on average ships within 5 working days during non-holiday periods and 7-20 working days from Sept 1st - Nov 1st annually. Ordering this item with other products will delay shipping on your total order. This item will allow you to order Dan stripes in 1/4in width with 1/2in spacing and standard one line of calligraphy. Other choices of embroidery thread, line text in different colors, embroidery on other colors of rank belts and other specialty needs are available at additional cost. Add comment to order for additional dan stripes over 4th degree, we will include extra stripes at no charge for senior masters, or to reverse side placement of the stripes or Kanji. One line of English text names up to 20 characters are added at no charge. We will not embroider school logos without consent of the school owner. Students should contact their instructors to order this item as some schools have very costly embroidery setups arranged with other suppliers. Your school may also use specialized translations or particular embroidery style we may not be able to duplicate or can not duplicate due to copyright laws.
