Order Changes: Orders in pending status can be changed without any fees. Once orders are accepted, order status changed from pending there is limited ability to change the order. All Sun Uniforms products orders can be changed with 10% fee, on all other goods fees of up to 30% can apply for changes or cancellation. Customized, uniform trim and emboirdery orders can not be changed once order is accepted. You may leave items in your shopping cart and return to your order at a later time.
Transit Damage: We use the PayPal Shipping Center for most shipments to allow our customers to file damage claims online. Although we are not liable for transit damage or loss we will assist our customers to file loss/damage claims. Claim settlement for lost or damaged packages is entirely at the discretion of the shipper and beyond our control. Please save the damage package and all of its contents, shippers require the damage boxes and contents to settle any claims. We do not refund any shipping costs. If your order is damaged contact the shipper immediately and notify us. Claims for transit damage, loss, etc usually must be made with 3 days of receipt with the carrier.
Return & Warranty Policy: Our return policies vary for different products depending on manufacturer policies and in some cases is restricted by state laws. Our Design Shop products when ordered direct from Zazzle offer a 30 day unconditional guarantee. Unused, unopened party supplies can be returned for 30 days after purchase. Sun Uniforms products can be returned for 14 days following purchase. For all return goods you must obtain a return authorization number from us before returning your order. Goods may need to be shipped to our supplier or another address so please do not send items back until we have given you a return authorization number and given you instructions. We will confirm we received you return and issue any allowable refunds in about 7 working days. Shipping is not refunded. Returns must be received by us within 7 days of return being authorized, no exceptions to this policy can be granted due to limits imposed by our suppliers.
All customized, embroidery, trimmed products, shoes and undergarments can not be returned unless for factory defect. Items covered by manufacturer warranty have specific policies that are required to be met to file a claim. Read and save warranty information. You must make all claims for warranty directly with manufacturer.
